This newly remodeled 4 bedroom/4 bathroom two story condo has great light and ski run views. Situated on beautiful and prestigious Park Avenue, it is centrally located and just 3 blocks from Park City Mountain Resort, less than a mile to historic Main Street, and only 2 blocks to the supermarket, Starbucks, shopping and restaurants. The Park City shuttle bus stops right in front of the property, which provides free transportation to Main Street and the other two resorts in Park City - Deer Valley and The Canyons.
The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, wi-fi, a wall mounted tv in the living room, as well as a tv and dvd player in every bedroom. With two outdoor decks, a wood burning fireplace and a common area hot tub, this is a wonderful place to relax after a day of skiing in the winter, and hiking or mountain biking in the summer.
As always everything you will need to make your stay complete is provided, from linens, towels, a washer and dryer (shared common area), basic condiments in the pantry, hair dryer and toiletries in each bathroom, and free parking space in the building's lot. Hundreds of dvds and plenty of board games for entertainment purposes.
Your party will be given a unique combination to the digital door lock that allows all members of your party to have access. There’s no worry of getting locked out or losing the key.
