It's a perfect place for a family to getaway, enjoy nature and relax.

The 4BD/3.5 BA will be yours to enjoy! Rabbit Hill Farm is nestled on 10 acres of rolling pastures and trees, in the quiet Virginia countryside. Our home can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. The homes sits on top of a hill offering amazing sunsets and views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Please be aware that there is a long gravel driveway and when it rains, divots could occur, but the driveway is still passable.
The pool is available between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
Barn/stables/outside buildings are restricted areas and are NOT available for guests use.
Riding Area/Horse pasture - guests can walk out onto the riding area and the 10 acres of horse pasture, but NO vehicles, tents, glass or sharp objects within these areas.
Neighbors do have live stock and horses that may come up to the fence of the property, do not chase or feed these animals.
