Welcome to the BESTNEST at 485 Captains Cove (20 Ocean Lane) in Palmetto Dunes. Captains Cove is DIRECTLY across the street from the BEACH and the oceanfront pool is heated in spring.
Our philosophy is that your vacation experience should be completely comfortable and consistently amazing. Cleanliness is one of our hallmarks and we take clean seriously.
You will LOVE this villa. We do! Drive right up to the front door, 2 steps, and you are inside this cool, crisp, stylish abode. Do yourself a favor and stay a while.
The entry opens to a newly renovated kitchen with everything you need and more for dinner in or lunch with the kids. We feature only heavy, quality cookware, all the accouterments, fresh white coffee supplies. And top tier stainless appliances, of course.
The open dining area seats 6 (plus 4 more in the breakfast area) and opens to a large living area with HUGE LCD TV/BluRay and oh, so comfy casual chic furnishings. The living area also features a desk space for you to leave a laptop open and NOT have to move it every time your family sits down to the dining table.
Three bedrooms (Downstairs: 1 King, 2 Doubles. Up spiral stairs: 2 Twins) each boast the comfiest bed linens we could find, with fluffy pillows as well. All bedrooms have wall mounted TV with cable and Netflix. Baths (3 full) are all new and spic and span! The villa offers two walk-in showers and one tub/shower combination.
PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.
CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.
HOW FAR TO BEACH: Simply walk out the front door and across the street—in less than 2 mins you are IN the surf!
POOL: The Captains Cove/Captains Walk pool is directly across the street—2 min walk. Pool generally opens for the season March 1st. Heated March/April and then again October/November.
WHAT’S INCLUDED: Your property will come stocked with all of the household amenities you will need for the duration of your stay, including trash bags, dish soaps, perfume free laundry products, paper towels, bath tissues, hand and bar soaps, even coffee supplies. We also stock beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas-- really, all you have to do is come and enjoy.
