This lovely villa will enchant you with excellent fishing and nature watching opportunities. This three bedroom and three bathroom villa includes custom made kitchen cabinetry, Corian countertops, new flooring, large flat panel LCD TV, HBO, pleasantly painted walls, plus comfortable furnishings in the great sofa and swivel chair, plus lowcountry accessories. Interesting upscale decorative elements such as beautiful local art, photography and Audubon prints were added to capture Kiawah at its finest. Guests enjoy access to wireless internet also. You will love the bathroom amenities that include vanities with granite countertops, large stone tile frameless showers, up-to-the-minute faucets and fixtures and towel bars that help create a smart, modern update to this wonderful vacation spot. The Master Bedroom suite has a king bed and overlooks the lagoon with its own private bathroom and a 19 inch LCD TV with DVD. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom with a 27 inch LCD TV. The third bedroom has as set of twin bunks, a 19 inch LCD TV and a full bath. Enjoy additional lagoon views from the kitchen, dining area and living room. There is a screened-in-porch off of the dining area for dining alfresco and a spacious, private sundeck and dock for fishing, sunbathing, nature watching or book-reading. This property also has a secure wireless internet service and is within walking distance to Night Heron Park and a beach access walkover. Kiawah Island’s 30 plus miles of paved bike trails extend all the way to the shopping, dining, and entertainment of Freshfields Village. Kiawah Island’s beautiful 10 miles of hard packed beach are also perfect for bike riding, plus, walking, shelling or simply sunning.
