Summary: The weather was cold and the only heat source is the ac/heater in the bedroom wall so we were chilly unless in the bedroom. The real furnace blew cold air constantly- had no thermostat to shut it down and was wired very strangely inside its closet. Husband is aircraft mechanic and took a picture of it. No sitting room other than the futon in the bedroom or the tiny kitchen table. The floor was not clean- socks got very dirty without shoes. Kitchen was very basic and needs some good non-stick frying pans. Bathroom shower is dark and slippery, and cold with constant blowing fan. The outside security light blinked incessantly all night. Location was convenient. Not sure if it's priced appropriately.
