We host a lot of winter visitors and there is a nice social structure to interact with. The location is safe and walking distance to Safeway and Starbucks.

Summary: While the inside seemed clean enough, this condo could really use an upgrade. The small outside patio table was filthy, as was the bedroom carpet. As advertised, the LARGE bed was in reality only a double bed. The tv in the bedroom never worked but worst of all was there was no hot water. Ever! Management texted almost every day to see how the place was and these issues were supposedly sent to maintenance but nothing was ever looked into or fixed. I'm sure this review will affect the supposed refundable $100 cleaning fee due to me. All in all, save some money and inconvenience and book a room at the Holiday Inn. I may change my mind about using VRBO again.
