Sleeps 12. 1st Floor has 3 Bedrooms (One Queen BR and One BR with Bunk Beds and 3rd BR with 4 Twins) and a Full Bathroom, Front Sitting Room at the Entryway and Rear Family Room/ Den 2nd Floor has Kitchen, Living Room, 2 Bedrooms (Both Queen) with access to 2nd story deck and a Full Bathroom 3rd Floor has sitting room with futon and access to 3rd story deck and roof top deck. Master Suite with a King Bed and another full bathroom. $350 cleaning fee and pets will be considered for an additional $150 pet fee.
