WONDERFUL LUXURY VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL JUST 7 MINUTES WALKING DISTANCE FROM MORAIRA AND ITS FABULOUS BEACHES.
This fantastic luxury villa stands out by the quality of its construction, of its furniture and of its installations. You will be amazed by the interior of the house and by the size of the bedrooms, the living rooms and most of all by its large kitchen. All 5 bedrooms have their own bathroom; three of them are en suite. All the bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen have air conditioning. Outside you will enjoy different spaces, all perfectly kept: 2 outside dining areas, a barbecue, a chill-out terrace and a pleasant pool-side area with sun beds and lawn. The pool is fenced for the security of the youngest occupants of the house.
This beautiful house is surrounded by an impeccably kept Mediterranean garden where rosebushes, bougainvillea and olive trees bloom. The house lies on a large plot lined with trees and with vineyards. You will enjoy a very privileged situation and a lot of privacy, barely any neighbors around. You will be just 600m away from the charming fishing village of Moraira, famous for its spectacular sand beaches and its crystal clear water, for its tranquility and for the quality offered by its restaurants and many shops.
The villa is divided onto 2 floors connected by an inside staircase. On the upper floor you will find the 2 living and dining rooms and the kitchen. This impressive has large glazed doors which open directly on the garden, the pool and the outside dining area.
In a more private wing of the main floor are three bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has an elegant en suite bathroom and a dressing. Bedroom #2's bathroom is in the corridor. Bedroom #3 has an en suite bathroom and a dressing. The two other bedrooms are found on the lower floor, a very tranquil area of the house. These two bedrooms can communicate through a door, so as to create a large family suite. The bathroom of bedroom #4 has a Jacuzzi and a shower with sauna. Bedroom #5 has an en suite bathroom and a large dressing. The main entrance and the garage are also found on this floor.
