Positive: Location was great! We were within walking distance of kings street shopping! Lots of restaurants.

Negative: Parking. We were fortunate not to have a large vehicle. I do remember reading that a small car or two. They are not kidding! I do not recommend trying to bring anything larger than a small car, it will not fit.
