A villa centrally located in the middle between salty seas and inland lakes. Welcome to a family-friendly villa centrally located in Tanumshede, central town in Tanum municipality. Via the villa's entrance you enter a large hall which is the hub of the villa, from where you reach the living room with dining room furniture, a large, lovely corner sofa and TV. Kitchen with stove, separate oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and dishwasher. Bathroom with bathtub and shower. There are three bedrooms, two of which have a double bed and one has a single bed. From the hall, a staircase leads down to the basement level with a bedroom with a 140 cm wide bed, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, sauna with room for 6 people. Should the weather be unfavorable, or you just feel like an evening at home, there is an activity room with a cinema and exercise equipment. The room also has a warming wood stove. From the kitchen, a patio door leads out to the large patio area with summer furniture and barbecue. On the lawn outside there are several playground equipment, everything for a pleasant time outdoors with games, food and drinks. The villa has a fiber connection. It is not far to several of northern Bohuslän's picturesque fishing villages where, in addition to experiencing the narrow alleys, summer shops and restaurants, you can also rent boat charters, fishing trips or why not a kayak to experience the beautiful archipelago outside. Several nature reserves with fantastic nature can be found in the area, such as Tjurpannan and also Sweden's first marine national park Kosterhavets national park are well worth a visit.
