A charming townhouse in Solhem, Spånga, with spacious social areas both indoors and outdoors, a lovely private garden, and a large patio with various seating areas. On the entrance level, you will find a living room with a smart TV, a generous dining area, and a very nice kitchen with access to the backyard. On the upper floor, you will find two peaceful and beautiful bedrooms, one with a double bed and a TV (Chromecast), and the other with a single bed. There is also a spacious bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub, perfect for a bit of extra luxury and relaxation! Another bathroom with a shower is located at the entrance on the ground floor. In the basement, there is a large living room with a comfortable sofa group and TV, a cozy bedroom with a double bed, and a very practical and large laundry room.
