Live in a lovely house with a large garden where you are close to both the eastern and western coasts of Öland. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet in a rural environment with nature and Öland´s Great Alvar close by. You have a large terrace with outdoor furniture next to the house. The nice kitchen is large and spacious with a nice dining area in front of the stove. (Bring your own firewood when lighting a fire for those who are technically proficient) In the living room you can lean back on the comfortable sofa in front of the TV. You sleep in two bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed, the other with two single beds (80cm wide). In the living room the sofa bed can be made up into a double extra bed. Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and washing machine. AC can be purchased on site. The house is located between Kårehamn and Äleklinta where you can enjoy a refreshing swim. If you want nice sandy beaches, you are not far from Köpingsvik or Böda's rolling beaches. It is 15km into Borgholm with a wide range of entertainment, restaurants and shopping. The nearest restaurant is in Djupvik. The house is not rented to young people or for parties. The barns on the farm are not in use. Welcome
