Welcome to this homely villa, perfectly located on the outskirts of Grästorp. You will enjoy yourself in this quiet residential area with playgrounds and green areas all around. Borrow the canoe, put on the life jackets and take a walk down to Nossan and enjoy a canoe ride. Explore the Skubbet exercise track or take a short trip to Kinnekulle with its many fine hiking trails. Inside the house, you are greeted by an open floor plan that invites you to socialize and relax. There is a modern kitchen, several dining areas and a nice layout with both armchairs and a sofa group. Two bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub and shower head. The large bedroom has a comfortable double bed and access to the glazed conservatory. The smaller bedroom is used as an office and has an older but practical sofa bed. There is also a fold-out pull-out section if an extra bed is needed. Let the children play in the well-kept garden with a large lawn, enjoy the evenings in the glazed conservatory. It takes about 30 minutes to go to cozy Lidköping and don't miss a visit to Läckö Castle about 1 hour from the house.
