This home has a brand new couch set featuring a sofa sleeper and love seat as well as brand new hard wood flooring throughout.
This conveniently located townhouse exudes beachy charm and comfort that will make you feel right at home - no matter where you're from. At 3 bedrooms and 4 baths, this property can offer sleeping accommodations for up to 8 guests. The living area is an open plan, with 11-foot ceilings, and the large windows that provide a beautiful amount of light and brand new wooden flooring.
The open floor plan takes you right into the living room and dining area. There's plenty of comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, and a sleeper sleep sofa that will accommodate 2 extra guests!
The dining area has a large table with seating for 8. The kitchen is fully stocked and thoughtfully finished with granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, and extra seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. There is also a full bath with walk-in shower off of the living room.
All bedrooms have their own bathroom and a flat screen TV.
There is a Master Suite on the main floor with a King bed, flat screen TV, and en suite bathroom with tub shower combo.
Upstairs you'll find a 2nd King Master Suite with a balcony and en suite bath with double vanity, soaking tub and separate shower. This level is shared with another guest room outfitted with 2 twin beds (not bunks). This room also has it's own bathroom.
This home has an outdoor "Florida Porch" which is screened in and an outdoor patio witch includes a table, umbrella and seating for 4 plus 2 lounge chairs and a propane grill.
