Well located cottage with panoramic views of Ferring Lake, just approx. 200 meters from the lake. The cottage is practically furnished with a combined living room / kitchen. The living room has modern furniture, Flat screen TV with both German and Danish channels, DVD player, Chromecast so you can stream your own TV services, stereo with CD player and free internet. The house is also an activity house with table football and x-box one with div. games as well as outdoor soccer goals. There is direct access from the living room to the beautiful terrace, which is partially covered with good garden furniture, sun lounger and panoramic views of Ferring Lake, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun goes down over the water. Modern kitchen from 2018 with, among other things, ceramic stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, extractor hood and microwave. The house has a washing machine, dryer, freezer and high chair for the little ones. Bright bathroom with bathing area, shower and underfloor heating.
