A genuine holiday home with nature close at hand. The cottage is rural and free just outside Örkelljunga. Enjoy the tranquility and nature. Walk in the forests that surround the cottage. On the spacious terrace you enjoy both morning coffee and your barbecue evenings. The entrance to the cottage is via the large terrace. You enter the part that has two toilets, one with a washing machine. There is also a separate shower room with two showers. No queue in the morning here not. The kitchen is open to a spacious dining area and a TV corner. The kitchen has all equipment and access to the terrace. In the living room you have a sofa bed that can be used as two extra beds. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and one has a bunk bed. The plot is surrounded by forest and the lawn is excellent for all family activities. The owner lives 150 m away along the gravel road. They have sheep and ducks. The bleats of the sheep gives you the extra rural feeling. The area where your cottage is located is idyllic and very scenic. In the forests there are nice walking paths and bike paths. Why not go on a mushroom or berry picking trip. A larger public bathing area is located at Mamma's bay in Hjälmsjön. There is a handicapped-accessible lake bath with jetty and barbecue area. Hjälmsjön is widely known by canoeists and rowers for its mirror-shiny water. Here you will also find perch, bream, pike, pikeperch, roach and trout. Fishing license valid. A bit north of Örkelljunga is Kungsbygget's adventure park. At Hallandsåsen you can visit Vallåsen's ski resort in winter. A short drive away are the beaches in Vejbystrand and also the metropolis Båstad. There are several golf courses in the area, the closest being Örkelljunga Golf Club. Örkelljunga also has one of the country's best mini golf courses. A few miles north, at Markaryd, is the elk park, a fantastic excursion destination for the whole family.
