Second level features a junior suite14½x17' with bamboo floors, private bath and balcony , a utility closet with full size washer/drier, 2 other bedrooms: carpet that mimics sisal carpeting, 2 full baths (shower and tub/shower) Balcony shared by both bedrooms. Spiral stair case to the third floor with 6 bunk's and a 1/2 bath (may be converted to full bath). Large main deck for sunning, boiling and BBQing; Below camp is a huge 16’x29’ screened in porch with outdoor kitchen, storage and ½ bath. Finally there is lots of parking, fish cleaning table. Only camp in marina with propane for hot water heaters and stove! Newly installed luggage elevator!! Fresh paint inside and out!
