Come check out this brand new private Key Colony Beach rental! Fully equipped with a private pool, large private outdoor space, 40 foot of available dockage, ample parking and walking distance to local restaurants, shops and beaches! This modern home is located on 12th street and equipped with 3 bedrooms and a large, enclosed, air conditioned “Florida room” style back upper porch. The Florida room includes a trundle bed, a queen size bed, a desk, chair and printer. This home includes 3 king bedrooms, as well as a queen bed and trundle bed on the air conditioned back enclosed balcony. The home comes fully stocked with all the linens you will need during your stay. Pool towels included. The home is decorated with a modern, coastal feel. The open, bright and airy floor plan is really welcoming and will make you want to come back year after year. The kitchen comes with everything you might need to prepare your own home cooked meal. Stainless appliances, a blender, toaster, coffee machine, etc. Many guests choose to enjoy outdoor meals on our large propane grill.
Outdoors you will find a pool with the option to heat for an additional fee. Parking only allowed for 1 trailer in the yard per KCB ordinance. Additional parking is available for a small weekly cost nearby. The downstairs includes a bar with 6 chairs as well as 2 refrigerators. There is a fish cleaning station on property as well as a bait freezer. You may enjoy the rays of the sun by the pool, or cool off in the breeze in the shade. Rest assured, you won’t need much to make this home your very own paradise.

Summary: Hey location, home, dock, and neighborhood so fun fantastic Couple of things They need to replace louvered doors (all the pocket doors would be harder to do and expensive, but they need solid core doors. There is No privacy between bedroom and bath and bedroom and then the laundry room is loud!. We had 8 thinking 4 private rooms but slider between master and lania needs a curtain not just the wood decor piece. We also found that the pool heater doesn’t really heat the pool much but we still went in. And someone had left the hose on downstairs due to no sun the puddle persisted. There is a locked mother-in-law’s suite downstairs and a white truck in one of the driveways so we had to juggle cars having a boat trailer with us Buttttt.. I have to say we had a wonderful time the kitchen is amazing we love to cook. The outside patio and grill top notch The Ocean is so close we used our boat everyday but the day we went to Key West . Key Colony is amazing sunset park bike riding friendly and friendly people all in all we loved it and had a fabulous time even with the rainy weather we will be back!!!
