Summary:
Located just minutes walk to Goolwa Beach through the picturesque Tokuremoar Reserve and Encounter bike-way this spacious property with magnificent sea views from both levels is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the south coast.
The Space:
Downstairs you enter through a gated sun filled courtyard into the downstairs lounge with a large and inviting sofa and a combustion heater to keep the winter days cosy and comfortable. There is a fantastic games room set-up in the garage, with table tennis table, dart board, radio and additional board games etc. Downstairs also contains 2 bedrooms, 1 with Queen bed which enjoys the 2-way bathroom as an ensuite whilst the other contains a Tri-bunk and regular bunk beds - perfect for the kids as it is off the games room. The downstairs area is also complete with a functional kitchenette that includes toaster, kettle and bar fridge....perfect for morning coffees/toast and the evening cold beverage.
Upstairs you get to enjoy the fabulous views and hear the sounds of the ocean from the open plan kitchen, living and dining, complete with reading corner. Step out to the wrap around balcony and enjoy the stunning outlook over Goolwa Beach and back to Middleton, enough to make you not want to leave. The upstairs balcony contains ample outdoor seating and 4 burner bbq. A great place for parents to relax after a day at the beach whilst the kids enjoy the downstairs or take advantage of a movie on the free Netflix provided on all TV’s. There are a further 3 bedrooms upstairs, the Master with Queen bed which enjoys the magnificent ocean views and comes complete with an ensuite and walk in robe. The 2nd has a double bed, whilst the 3rd has a set of single beds. There is also a separate toilet and vanity upstairs.
This all adds up to make this a great getaway option, one which you'll find yourselves coming back again and again to.

Summary: We all loved staying at Estick. There was lots of space to spread out in - the area was quiet with beautiful views across the scrub to the beach which was a short walk away. The dart board, table tennis and other games added to the fun. I would highly recommend this spot for a large family, two small ones or 4-5 couples. An easy, relaxing place to spend a holiday.
