Centrally located this pet friendly 3 bedroom house with newly refurbished kitchen is only a short walk/drive to Beare's Beach (350m), the Blue Pool (550m) and the centre of town (850m) with its restaurants, cafes & shops and a little further to the Harbour and Fishermen's Wharf (1.4km).
There is a nearby reserve, Spooner Park, (300m away) for children to play and a fully fenced backyard suitable for pets. This property is ideal for families, pet lovers and fishing enthusiasts.
Bedroom Details:
Bedroom 1 - Queen size bed, bedside tables and lamps, built-in wardrobe
Bedroom 2 - Tri Bunks (double on the bottom), bedside table, built-in wardrobe
Bedroom 3 - 2 x single beds, bedside tables and lamps, small wardrobe
Linen: Not supplied. Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied. You will need to bring sheets, pillowcases, bath & hand towels, bathmat etc. Alternatively local linen hire can be arranged if desired. Please contact office for details.

Summary: Overall a clean, neat house for guests to stay. I was disappointed that there was no linen supplied or wi-fi available. This meant I had to organise and transport enough linen for 7 people which took up a lot of room in my car. Plus organise making 7 beds on the day before I was getting ready for our big event.
