This spacious, beautifully designed ,3,500 square foot Villa offers incredible views of the Sea of Cortez, El Arco and Land's End. Imagine opening your living space to the over size patio and ocean views as glass panels disappear into the wall. This two level vacation home features Cantera floors inside and out two master bedrooms, each with it's own private bath and king size beds, a third bedroom with a king size bed, and a fourth bedroom with twin beds. Simply open the windows to hear the sound of the ocean waves crashing on the rocks below. The gourmet kitchen contains all the amenities including granite counter-tops, large refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and all the extras to make any chef feel right at home. The expansive patio features a swimming pool, eight person spa, barbeque area with outdoor gas grill, outdoor refrigerator (for beer and soda) large covered outdoor dinning area, and plenty of room to lounge in the sun. There is a Laundry-room with washer and dryer and an additional 900 square foot grass covered "Sunset Deck" on top of the home for additional relaxation. The living-room is equipped with a 52 inch Samsung LCD, a dish network satellite system that receives over 100 channels, and over 80 Sirius Music channels, a CD and DVD player, and complete sound system inside and out with I-pod docking system. Casa-u-betcha is hardwired with dsl internet and private wi-fi plus free,unlimited local calls. The main level features the entry way,master bedroom with full bath, kitchen, living room, dining room and half bath. The oversize patio with pool and spa is also located on the main level. The lower level contains a second master bedroom with full bath, the third and fourth bedrooms, another full bath, and laundry room. This beautiful villa, affectionately known as' casa-u-betcha u betcha',is located inside the guarded,gated misiones del cabo beach resort, on the corridor, just three miles from downtown cabo. Two restaurants, 2 resort pools with swim up bars, and private beach are located within a two minute walk of the property.
