We are excited to announce the availability of Sunny Sylvan Hideaway (formerly 'Hakuna Mata' and 'May Bell' Cottage)! We recently purchased this lovely cottage, quality built in 2004, with 4 bedrooms and room for 12 sleeping in beds (plus optional 2016 addition with 2 adt'l bedrooms).
Peace and tranquility on calm deep water Lyons Creek yet only 1 min by boat from the main lake! You will spend hours with family and friends on the expansive screen porch facing the lake across the entire front of the house. Gentle sloping lot. Great natural light in the house. Boathouse dock to tie up your boat, swim and sunbathe. Great kitchen with stainless appliances.

We recently completed construction of a garage addition with two bedrooms above it (and full spa-like bath with clawfoot tub). It is a separate lockout available as an add-on option exclusively to larger groups in the main cottage who would like even more room or privacy. 1 Queen, 1 Full and twin bunks. $200 additional per night.
Our wonderful lake cottage was built new in 2004 and is in the wonderful Riverbend development right on Lyons Creek. Open and with lots of windows for great natural light and that fantastic water view. Beautifully furnished, cooks kitchen with stainless, large dining room and family room, all with water views! And the screened porch is a dream. High speed internet, DirecTV and landline with all US calls included! Master BR with brand new King bed and private bath with soaking tub on main level. Hardwood floors on the main level with carpeted bedrooms.
Water, family, friends, food and fun!. Swimming, tubing, wakeboarding, skiing, hiking, walking,exploring, cooking and eating. Or just plain 'sittin' and 'lookin' at that great water view. Stress evaporates in minutes at the lake. For an outing, take your boat to the restaurants on the lake or take a trip into Warrenton downtown historic area with shopping and antiquing and even more restaurants! Taxes & Cleaning Adt'l. Full Sat-Sat weeks in peak June-Aug summer.
