This spacious and comfortable villa, facing south, has about 390 m2 of living space on three floors.
Spacious glazed living rooms facing the sea - living room, dining room, kitchen with access to a large terrace are located on the middle floor with an area of about 150 m2. On the same floor there is also a separate toilet and a study. There is a pool table in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped with household appliances and dishes.
