Welcome to our cozy mountain getaway in the Catskills! Only a 3-minute drive from Windham Mountain and Windham Country Club, as well as many local restaurants and bars. On 3 acres of property, the open backyard is perfect for sledding in the winter, or a relaxing night around the fire pit. 4-Bedroom (sleeps 9) and 2 Full Baths. Unwind on the back deck or play foosball and darts in the downstairs living room! Backyard access to The Windham Path (1.5mile walking path) along with nearby access to multiple public hiking trails.

Kitchen: Island countertop with seating for 4, basic appliances, sink with garbage disposal, refrigerator with automatic ice maker, Keurig coffee maker (2 pods + K-Cup refillable filter pods included), dishwasher (2 pods included), magic bullet blender above microwave.
