Welcome to our delightful 4-bedroom home in beautiful Burlington! Perfectly suited for both short and long stays, our space is designed to make your time one to remember.
Enjoy the comfort of air conditioning throughout the house and take advantage of the grill for a relaxing evening meal. Located just 5 minutes from Skagit River Park and only 11 minutes from the world-famous Skagit Valley Tulip Festival, you’ll have easy access to some of the area’s best attractions. We’re also within walking distance of scenic Maiben Park—perfect for a morning stroll or afternoon picnic.
Please note: The backyard is currently unavailable as we’re working on improving the fence this summer.
Washer & Dryer Access
For guests staying 7 nights or more, the washer and dryer are available for use. They’re located in the garage, which also stores some of our backup supplies, so we kindly reserve access for longer stays.
If you’re staying fewer nights and have a specific need, feel free to reach out—exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis.

Summary: This is a great place for a lot of bed space near the Skagit River Park sports complex. It doesn't have a ton of individual personality but many people may prefer that. We would have liked laundry and a few more blankets but other than that - a great stay. Nice bathrooms, very clean.
