The cottage has been lovingly restored to a good standard and includes a comfortable living/dining room with multi-fuel burner, one small step down in to the sitting room/TV room, and there is a good size well-equipped kitchen and useful utility room. The ground floor has a walk-in shower and convenient ground floor bedroom with en-suite shower room making it ideal for guests who do not want to use the staircase and need ground floor accommodation. The first floor has three additional good size bedrooms and a separate toilet. There is a private, enclosed rear garden and sheltered patio, plus a balcony/roof terrace to the rear making the most of the stunning rural views. This roof top terrace area is accessed via an external spiral staircase and has astro turf flooring and patio furniture, making it the perfect spot to relax at the end of a day spent exploring - the dog walking area over the Lost Church is fabulous. With great road links guests can reach the more tranquil sailing waters of the south coast or visit the cathedral city of Truro within 30 minutes. If you drive or head further west to the ‘Gateway of West Cornwall’, here you will find the historic town of Marazion, the iconic St Michaels Mount, Penzance and Lands End.
