Location, location, location is where this home sits...Redfish Bay/Estes Flats, home to some of the bestfishingin TEXAS. YES, your backyard is the canal where you can park your boat(s), fish, sail, kayak or ski off your own private dock while enjoying the Salt Life.
Ideal for large groups of family or friends as there is ample lounging on the back porch, private dock and pool area. Tranquility at its' best, whether you are sipping morning coffee or your favorite evening beverage the pool lounge area is the gathering spot for all ages. Surrounded by tropical foliage and a water view makes for the perfect 'chillaxin' zone. Large fenced yard for games, horseshoes, washers and more.
Our canals and bays are filled with Redfish, Trout, Flounder, Sheepshead, Triple Tail to mention a few. You can clean your catch at your private cleaning station then cook away on your charcoal grill or the gas grill day or night. There is a charcoal grill available for you to use.
Inside we have 4 bedrooms, 3 king beds and 1 has 2 queens able to sleep 10 people. With nearly 1800 sq ft this spacious home has an open floor plan, 2 lounge areas that is blessed with priceless water views. Home comes fully stocked from kitchen utensils to bedroom linens.
The Second lounge area has a 70" Flat Smart TV with Roku/Netflix, shuffle board, large dining table and direct access to pool area.
Home has ample parking for multiple vehicles or a boat trailer, plus a 2 car garage for guest use.
Please note we do charge a non refundable pet fee of $125.00 per pet. If pet fee is not collected at booking guest will be charged after booking by property management company.
