Enjoy your stay in this spacious 3 level town home in the golfing resort of The Villages of Bear Trap Dunes. This property is only 3 miles away from Bethany's Boardwalk and Beaches. A beach shuttle can be used during prime time (with the purchase of an amenity pass).
This home offers 4 bedrooms/4.5bathrooms (each bedroom has its own private full bath). All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Tax free Tanger Outlet shopping and plenty of restaurants/shops/activities nearby! Bethany beach, Dewey beach, Fenwick and Ocean City all a quick drive.
Bear Trap Dunes golf resort has 27 holes and is great for all skill levels. The driving range is located approximately 50 feet from the house and the Den golf clubhouse is approximately 200 feet from the house. A wonderful restaurant/bar (Coastal Kitchen) is also 200 feet from the house at the golf clubhouse. The Pavilion with amenities and unlimited extra free parking is also approximately 200 feet away.

The home is equipped with 2 independent central air/heating units to ensure temperature control on all levels of the home.
An amenity pass can be purchased ($65 per person per week, 4 and younger are free) for access to the beach shuttle, a full gym, 1 outdoor and 1 indoor pool, tennis and basketball courts, pickleball courts and playgrounds, hot tub and sauna!
The open floor plan on the main level offers a powder room, kitchen, dining area, living area and bedroom. The fully finished basement offers extra space for entertaining with a pool table and TV/gaming access as well as a bedroom and full bath/laundry. The third level has 2 bedrooms each with their own full bathrooms.
The back yard offers a fenced in private courtyard for outside gatherings. A finished garage provides more entertaining space and storage. A second full size refrigerator/freezer can be found in the garage.
