Our beautifully updated 4 bedroom 3 bathroom private home sleeps located directly on the 14th fairway of spectacular Old Kinderhook, a Tom Weiskopf signature course. Our home is also located next to one of the community's sparkling salt water pools. The villa is completely updated with all new carpet, appliances and furnishings and includes all the comforts of home.
Our beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bathroom private villa is located on the beloved 14th fairway and next to one of the community's sparkling salt water pools. The villa is completely updated with all the comforts of home. The main level includes 2 bedrooms (one with king and one with queen), two full bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, dining, living room, and 3 season sunroom with an outdoor sectional sofa and additional dining table- the perfect place to relax and have a drink, read a book, or play a game!
Our walk out lower level gives a secondary place to relax or entertain. It offers a ping pong table, second living room, wet bar with fridge and wine cooler, and a bookcase full of board games and puzzles. The walk out lower level also has 2 bedrooms (one with 2 twins and one with 2 queens and 1 Twin with trundle) and another full bathroom. The lower level walks out to a large patio with a 8 person dining table and a Weber gas BBQ grill. The patio is just steps away from the 14th fairway and the views are spectacular! 8 Adirondack chairs and a corn hole game await you on the lawn.

All bedrooms and living spaces have smart TV's with Direct TV Stream and FREE WIFI throughout the home.
One of the favorite rooms is the sunroom, with floor-to-ceiling windows you can watch the golfers on the fairway outside as you enjoy morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. The home has an open floor plan for entertaining on both beautifully furnished levels. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and comes fully stocked for all your dining/cooking needs. All bathrooms are updated and feature granite countertops as well.
