Beautiful Family home with 2 master ensuite, King & Queen Bedrooms, plus additional Queen Bedroom and adjoining twin bedroom, sharing a Jack& Jill bathroom.
Located on the gated Community - Shire at West Haven, offering a Club House with Communal pool, in addition to your own pool & spa which backs onto the conservation land.
The main flow of the home leads from the front entrance to the main open plan, living are which combines the family lounge with TV, two dining areas, filly equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar and patio doors to the pool deck.
All the bedrooms are planned with adjacent bathroom facilities with the King Master having a walk-in shower, separate toilet, twin vanity units and walk-in closet.
Guest Queen also has ensuite facilities with a toilet, single vanity and tub/shower combination. Utility room has a washer and drier for guests convenience in the middle of the home.
Second Queen bedroom shares a family bathroom adjacent to a twin bedroom.
This bathroom features twin vanities, plus a combined bath /shower and private toilet.
There is a relaxing atmosphere at this location as whilst resting on the pool deck after all that shopping and visiting the attractions, you can watch the wildlife nearby. THe patio sports a large tiled table for meals outside and loungers are available for the sun worshippers.
This home provides towels & linens for your stay plus laundry items ie iron and ironing board. This is a non smoking and pet free home and we request this is observed by our guests with consideration for everyone.
