4 Bedroom House in San Tan Valley, Queen Creek
Welcome to Queen Creek Retreat! Our lovely 4 bed 2.5 bath sleeps 9 adults and was built in 2020. Furniture, beds, linens, etc. purchased new 2020-2022. 2 car garage. Check in: 3:00pm-8:00pm. No late check ins offered. Check out: 12:00 noon.

Fenced in back yard with hot tub. Located across the way from Schnepf Farms and within walking distance to Queen Creek Olive Mill (there are sidewalks and crosswalks to cross Riggs and/or Gary). Our neighborhood is generally quiet but Schnepf Farms does light fireworks that can be seen right outside (and heard) at various times of the year. The neighborhood has a beautiful lake, 2 community swimming pools, lots of green space. The lake is stocked with fish, it's catch and release.
This is a low allergen home although pets have lived on the property in the past. Tile floors in all areas except bedrooms. The HVAC system has an air scrubber which eliminates mold, bacteria, viruses when heating/cooling system is running. There's room to spread out. There are 2 sets of golf clubs for you to use as well.
Our home features open concept living. Main floor has spacious kitchen with large island and walk in pantry. Stainless steel appliances, double oven, gas cooktop, microwave, dishwasher. There are baking sheets, cake pans, pie dishes, pots and pans for you to use in case you want to do some cooking. The dining table seats 6 inside and outside there's another dining table that seats 6. Living room has 2 leather couches with a total of 4 recliners. 65 inch smart TV with streaming service/Internet. Internet is wireless or you may plug into the network directly in the bedroom upstairs where the desk is located. Main floor powder room.
2nd floor TV area at top of stairs with daybed. Nice sized master bedroom w/ en suite, queen bed, dresser, walk-in closet. Master bath walk in shower and 2 vanities. Laundry room off master closet. Bedroom 2: double bed w/storage drawers, closet. Bedroom 3: double bed, dresser, vanity, closet. Bedroom 4 - 2 twin beds and a desk and closet. Jr. bathroom tub/shower combo with double vanity.
Also available: 6 person tent, 2 cots, inflatable full size mattress and 4 sleeping bags ( upon request). High chair and pack and play.
Please read rental agreement prior to booking. Dogs must be walked to go potty. There's a large grass area 2 doors down and several places/park areas to take them. Please see note in description above regarding fireworks at Schnepf Farms.
