Our home is located on the corner of Winona Avenue and Seaside Avenue, just steps to the beach with no streets to cross. The house has 4 bedrooms ( 2 queen size beds, 1 full and 2 twins). 1.5 baths. It boasts a large open-concept kitchen-family room with a 32"' flat screen TV. (There is also second TV in one of the bedrooms.) We have free WiFi, cable, and washer/dryer in the unit. The kitchen comes fully equipped which also includes dishwasher, microwave, iron & ironing board, coffee maker, vacuum, dishes etc. There is a private deck off the family room through sliding glass doors where one can find a gas grill and table/chairs. You can sit and relax with friends and family in the enclosed porch in the front of the house, entertain in the large living room, or perhaps when you retire, enjoy the quiet of the enclosed porch off the middle bedroom. Our home has a private backyard with more tables, chairs and grill. Located in the yard is an outdoor shower where your family can rinse the sand off from your fun day at the beach. Off street parking is provided. No Pets. No Smokers.
