Lovely & spacious 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms family-friendly townhome located in one of Tripadvisor top vacation choices, the Regal Palm Resort & Spa. Located within a gated community where you'll enjoy a pool w/ a slide, lazy river, indoor playground, gym, restaurant/bar & an ice cream shop. Perfect for any family and the kids at heart.
You'll be within a short drive to Disney World & other major attractions just off the I4 and I192 in Orlando. 40 minutes from the Orlando Airport
The Space:
Living Area: Large living area that can accommodate the entire family. Breakfast nook located in the kitchen, and a dining area available to sit down and share meals together. Off the living room is a small patio with outdoor seating for 2.
Kitchen: Coffee and teas available. Full kitchen equipped with everything you might need to make simple meals.
On the 1st floor
There is a full-size bathroom, a bedroom with a queen futon and Smart 55” TV. In this downstairs bedroom closet you will find a highchair and playpen.
On the 2nd floor
There are 2 bedrooms that share a full-size bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. Bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds.
The spacious master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, king-size bed and a 45” Smart TV.
IMPORTANT There is a resort fee of $22.40 including tax per day for 10 people/wrist bands. $22.40 PER DAY Please note that the resort fee is mandatory and applicable whether amenities are used or not. RESORT WILL PROVIDE 10 WRIST BANDS MAX AT GUEST SERVICES.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
