Welcome to 7 Painted Bunting Road! This five bedroom, five and half bathroom home can sleep up to twenty guests. It is located third row ocean in Sea Pines - just steps away from the beautiful beaches of Hilton Head Island!
This spacious home just completed 2021 off-season renovations and redecorating. Updates include the addition of a 5th bedroom with a set of built-in twin-xl bunks and a comfortable built-in queen-size dormer bed complete with a private en-suite bathroom; an expanded pool deck to accommodate outdoor dining and adding space for additional chaise loungers plus an outdoor television on the covered porch that can be viewed from the saltwater pool and spa; new living room, family room, and dining room furniture; the addition of two new beverage fridges to the wet bar and a built-in ice maker just off the kitchen.
Check out the private saltwater pool and spa. This home includes complimentary pool and spa heat powered by an electric heat pump. Heating is available seasonally when outdoor temperatures are above 55 degrees.
This home can comfortably accommodate larger groups with spacious bedrooms, multiple living spaces, and expanded seating for dining!

The location is absolutely amazing, providing easy access to everything we needed, yet tucked away enough to offer a serene and peaceful environment. The interior of the home is both beautiful and immaculately clean, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The space comfortably accommodated our group of 12, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their time. The layout and amenities were so well-designed that we found ourselves with no real reason to leave the property.
