Oleander Cottage is a beautiful, unique, and modern beach cottage with ocean views from the top level and amenties spread throughout. The top level of the home is where the kitchen, living room, laundry room, and master suite is located. With the living, kitchen, and dining room being an open floor plan a conversation is sure not to be missed! Don't worry though, if a little privacy and movie watching is what a part of the group is after there is a den on the 2nd floor complete with sofa and nice sized Smart TV. The master bedroom suite is furnished with a King bed, new TV, and has its own yoga and meditation space with pool views. The private bathroom has a soaking tub and beautiful walk in shower. The second level of the home offers three bedrooms and a den. Two of the bedrooms have Queen beds and share a full bathroom which is located just off the den while the additoinal Queen bedroom has a private bath and deck access. The den has a living room area as well as a daybed and trundle if additional sleeping space is needed. The ground level of the home is where every guest will have access to the garage that stores the golf cart and propane grill. The pool deck is accessible either down the exterior staircase which has landings and decks on each floor of the home or by just simply walking through the ground level entrance. There is an outdoor shower for your use as well. The saline pool is completely fenced and furnished for a day of lounging. Oleander Cottage is located in Dolphin's Ridge and is a short walk to the beach. Practical Extras: Propane Grill, Golf Cart, Private Pool, Portable Crib, Booster Seat, Wifi Throughout Rents weekly Sunday to Sunday during the Summer months with flexible arrival days throughout the Fall, Winter, Spring. A full linen / towel set up is provided within the cost quoted for a full week, and your beds will be made before your arrival. The option for a mid-stay linen exchange or cleaning is available as an add-on once your reservation has been made.
