Freeway access is half a mile away from the house and can quickly get you to 509, 518, I-5, and 99 Hwy

You will enjoy the city of Seattle and local attractions while staying at our newly built and cozy home. The entire house is equipped with air conditioning and fire sprinkler systems for your safety.

1. A master bedroom - a queen bed, a computer desk and a bathroom plus a private balcony.
2. A second bedroom - 2 twin beds
3. A third bedroom - a queen bed
4. A full bathroom with tub - towels, shampoo, conditioner and bath soap will be provided.
5. A simple combination of living room, dining and kitchen area where you can cook small meals - No range or stove for big meal cooking. Basic cooking such as oil, salt, pepper and some pots and pans. Instant coffee and creamer are available on site.
House rules:
- No parties or event are allowed
- No pets are allowed - please respect future guests who might be allergic with pets.
- Quiet hours are between 10 pm to 8 am
- No eating or drinking in carpeted areas to avoid pills.
- Please no candles lighting/burning
- Indoor smoking is prohibited. Fine $500.00 will be applied if indoor smoking is evident.
- Please clean up the kitchen after yourself
