Summary: Excellent location and communication. Property is kept up and clean. Kitchen is stocked but could use an upgrade hence my overall rating of 4. We purchased and left a cutting board. Knives are very dull. Not enough bowls and mugs. Since we had 11 people we used the kitchen every meal and day except once. We would rent this unit again. We had a wonderful time. Process was easy.
