JUST FURNISHED in stylish coastal design! This three bedroom, three bathroom beach villa is located in exclusive Tivoli by the Sea on the beach side of the Resort. The location is convenient to all the amenities of the Resort….. the sandy white beach is a short 10-12 minute walk, the sparkling blue Tivoli swimming pool is a few steps away, and a view of the golf course is just outside the back door. Take the golf cart or complimentary tram service to the beach and Village at Baytowne Wharf.
"Fresh and breezy" describes this villa featuring a newly remodeled kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. With open and airy spaces, this Tivoli residence will surpass your every expectation! With 2100 square feet, our villa is tastefully decorated in soft sea tones, and has plenty of space for up to 8 guests. The family room is spacious and uncluttered with cushy seating and a 55" HDTV for the family to enjoy a movie. Our gourmet kitchen is stocked with all the dinnerware, stemware, and cookware you will need to delight your family with a delicious meal. The stylish dining area seats six with additional bar seating for three.
The master bedroom suite is comfortable, spacious, and opens to the outdoor screened porch. It features a king bed with custom linens, an HDTV, and a private master bathroom with a soaking tub and oversized shower. There is a guest bedroom designed in relaxing natural colors that offers a king bed and connects to a private guest bathroom with an oversize shower. Another guest bedroom is complete with two double beds and opens to a private guest bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination. Each bedroom provides an HDTV. For your convenience, there is a full size washer and dryer in the unit, and complimentary WIFI is provided.
For a relaxing afternoon, enjoy some quiet time on the outdoor screened in porch. There is plenty of seating for an outdoor meal or just to enjoy a spectacular golf course view. Breathe the salty air! Our villa is the perfect beach vacation spot - ideally located close to all the amenities of the Resort, yet quiet and peaceful.
*** NOTICE REGARDING PARKING: Each unit is allocated one assigned parking spot only in accordance with HOA and security regulations—no exceptions. The Tivoli neighborhood has a few visitor spots however they are first come, first serve. Only one spot is guaranteed. The resort does not offer overflow parking. For additional parking, guests may use off-site paid parking at Geronimo RV Park in Miramar Beach (2.9 miles away). Please contact Geronimo RV Park directly for availability and pricing at or.
