Welcome home! Our beautifully appointed Mediterranean style villa is located in the lushly landscaped neighborhood of Villa Lago on the bayside of the Resort! 1908 Baytowne Loop features an open-concept design, a fully equipped kitchen, a covered back patio, and a furnished balcony overlooking the lake and 4th fairway of Baytowne Golf Course. Grab a towel and head to the beach in your very own 6-passenger golf cart or ride on over to the Village of Baytowne Wharf located less than a mile away! And with the neighborhood pool just steps from your front door, fun is always on the horizon at 1908 Baytowne Loop!
The main level of our two-story villa offers a spacious entry, a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely dining area, a thoughtfully designed living area, and access to the furnished back patio. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and is equipped with all the cookware and dinnerware needed to create a gourmet meal. And with seating for 8 around the dining table as well as seating for 4 at the kitchen bar, there is room for everyone to enjoy! Designed with comfort in mind, the living area offers plush furnishings and a large HDTV. From the living area, guests can access a spacious back patio with cozy, coastal furnishings overlooking the lake and golf course – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the warm Florida breeze!
All three bedrooms are located on the second floor of our villa. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a plush king bed and offers an HDTV and an adjoining bathroom with tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom offers two sets of twin over twin bunk beds, an HDTV, and access to a third guest bathroom. Lastly, the primary bedroom offers a luxurious king bed, an HDTV, a furnished balcony and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub and a walk-in shower.
For your convenience, 1908 Baytowne Loop offers a full-size washer and dryer and high-speed WIFI is complimentary. Parking space for TWO cars is available. Guests are also welcomed to use the 6-seat golf cart at no additional charge.
Located in the heart of the Resort, our Mediterranean inspired home is just minutes from the area’s best eateries, galleries, boutiques, and nightlife. From ropes courses and playgrounds to live music and entertainment at the Village of Baytowne Wharf, there is fun to be had by guests of all ages. And with emerald green waters and white sand beaches just a 10 minute quick golf cart ride away, good times are never far at 1908 Baytowne Loop!
