As you drive into the established and highly desirable neighborhood of Beverly Shores / Rose Isle, you will be embraced by the moss-filled, mature Oaks lining the streets. The family-friendly environment immediately provides a sense of warmth, comfort, and safety. Entering the 2800+ sq. foot property, you will quickly notice and feel the sunlight illuminating the entire space. The house consists of 3-bedrooms, 2.5-baths, full kitchen, living room, dining room, sunroom, office, front porch area and a very large yard.
Understanding the flow
Once inside the home, on the left, is a large inviting living room complete with a fireplace for Florida’s rare cool nights. Off to your right is the office that will allow an effective “remote work” space. Continuing your tour, a formal dining room for 8 is in the center of the house. The sunroom is directly behind the dining room and ideal for entertainment, drinks, and game night. To the right of the sunroom is a freshly updated kitchen offering brand new appliances, cabinetry, and plenty of area to prepare meals or enjoy a cup of joe in the morning. A well-stocked laundry room is adjacent to the kitchen with full sized washer and dryer available for you. The residence is completed by 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a half-bath to easily accommodate large family gatherings. All rooms are renovated and newly furnished. The house includes a Nest thermostat, Smart door locks, smart light switches, and an exterior security camera. The large, paved driveway has space for 3 cars and additional parking is available in front of the house.
The home enjoys its own access to Mead Gardens and convenience to Downtown Orlando, Downtown Winter Park, Audubon Park Garden District, Loch Haven Art Museum, Orlando Science Center, Ivanhoe Row and so much more.
