South of 30A, just steps from the world renowned white, sandy beaches of Santa Rosa, Beachside Villas is a low density community consisting of 12 low rise buildings with beautiful grounds and amenities including two pools (one heated), tennis courts, shuffleboard, grills and community room. Rarely on the market and highly sought after are 3rd floor, end units with no one above or beside you. This unit features a bright, spacious, 3BD/2BA floor plan showcasing the beautiful forever Gulf views. It has been fully renovated, tastefully furnished and decorated with no detail spared. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar, the master features additional, private access to the spacious, covered balcony to relax in tranquility while viewing the Gulf of Mexico. This unit has plenty of storage closets and a dedicated laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Building 11 is also located next to the one of the two community pools, which is located on the east side of the building so there is no additional noise.
Nestled in the heart of Seagrove Beach, you will enjoy access to the 17-mile bike trail along Scenic 30A. Summary: We’ve stayed in Beachside Villas before and love them but this particular unit wasn’t very well kept. The patio furniture is falling apart and left a mess all over. The floors were dirty and left our feet and the bottoms of our shoes completely black. There were cracked tiles all over the unit and when looking for items we dropped we noticed piles of hair and dust under the furniture. The smoke detector goes off every time you open the oven door when cooking. This happened the very first time we preheated the oven and continued throughout the week. There wasn’t a parking pass in the unit so I reached out to ECDI and was basically told to look harder for it. We looked everywhere and let them know it wasn’t there and then they never responded back. Thankfully, we weren’t towed. Aside from these maintenance and communication issues, it’s a great location right next to the pool and reasonable walking distance to the trolley or straight to the beach. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked well and cookware seemed new and clean. AC worked great.
