This home has 3 bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a King size bed, window seat, and a private bath with dual sinks, walk in shower and water closet. The guest room has a Queen Size bed and direct access to 2nd bathroom. The Bunk Room (third bedroom with 5 twin beds) has 2 bunk beds, one with 2 twin beds and a trundle and one with 2 twin beds. The Bunk Room shares a bathroom with the guest room. Cleverly design 2nd bath has a private area for shower leaving a 1/2 bath available when someone is showering.
Open floor concept, everything in one level! Generous kitchen with high end appliances (New 36" GE Café Gas Oven), open great room, oversized covered porch with grill, sitting and eating area, large fire pit - great spot to end the day roasting marshmallows and sharing your day's adventures. Outdoor deck by the lake provides easy access to dock as well as a wonderful relaxing or sun bathing spot. The dock holds a paddle board, kayak and a canoe for your enjoyment. Life jackets and paddle are located on the lower porch.
The kitchen is very well appointed with high end stainless steel appliances, granite, butcher block and a copper bar. Just added a new 36" GE Café gas oven. The kitchen conveniently hosts hidden stackable clothes washer and dryer.
Great room features a beautiful and well seasoned wood burning fire place and a 55' flat screen TV with Bose surround sound system, DVD player and Dish Network service.
