As a bonus, you'll have a BBQ grill with propane, a designated parking spot, an in-unit washer and dryer, and an outdoor shower for added convenience. No pets, though! Parking is limited throughout the Mission Bay area. There is one designated space in the carport suitable for a mid-size vehicle or smaller. If your vehicle impedes parking in the 2nd carport space, we will request the vehicle be moved. Please be sure the vehicle you bring will fit in the designated area: dimensions to the carport space are approximately 7.7ft H x 8ft 1in W x 16ft L. If your vehicle impedes parking in the 2nd carport space, we will request the vehicle be moved.
This property does not allow pets and does not have air conditioning, like most homes in the coastal area.
Your reservation will be confirmed once the Occupancy Agreement has been signed and the initial payment has been received. Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking.

Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival. There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total payment or $300, whichever is higher. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.
