Recently renovated to today's guest standards and newly furnished, walk into our modern farmhouse to find a large seating area just off the kitchen where you can get comfy on our oversized sofa chairs to read a book as you enjoy your morning coffee. Our farmhouse kitchen is equipped for preparing your delicious family meals and has comfortable counter stools for enjoying a quick snack. Just off the kitchen is a large separate formal dining room with seating for 6 that leads to a 15'x30' outdoor wood deck, equipped with a large smoker/grill, outdoor dining table and lounge seating surrounded by bistro lighting for enjoying a nice glass of wine and entertaining your guest late into the evenings. Want to enjoy a movie? Step into the relaxing family room where you can watch a movie or your favorite sports game on our 75" smart tv, accompanied by the warm light of our cozy electric fireplace on those colder evenings. Three large bedrooms with comfortable memory foam mattresses and 2 spacious bathrooms for up to 9 guests.

The remaining acreage around the home houses horses. You are welcome to look and enjoy their beautiful presence but please do not feed or touch the horses. Gorgeous tall oaks provide shade, peace and serenity. Fire pit with seating for roasting marshmallows and sipping hot cocoa on those cooler evenings when you just want to enjoy natures beauty.

The surrounding 4 acres that belong to us are currently used to house horses and that property is not accessible to guest. You are welcome to look at the animals but please do not touch or feed.
▸1 Dog up to 30lbs allowed inside the home with a NON-REFUNDABLE pet deodorizing fee of $150.00. This includes emotional support animals.
- Pet must be approved. Please send bread, weight, and age information.
- Pet is not allowed in carpeted bedrooms.
- Fee will be waived for official service animals, however we ask that if you are traveling with a service animal that you have the courtesy to advise that you will be traveling with your service companion.
