We’ve included a review from another booking platform as we’ve only just started advertising this property on HomeAway. We hope this will help you make a better decision on where to book for your holiday* Samantha (Feb 2020): Perfect holiday cottage. Incredible views and comfortable and clean. This is our second stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to come again. The balcony is a lovely addition and we spent most of our time sat watching the waves and seals. Check in was easy and there was a lovely welcome package of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits as well as fresh flowers. We love the place! 3a Sea View Place is a cosy, well equipped apartment nestled into the rocks just above Bamaluz Beach. It boasts the most spectacular of sea views which can be enjoyed from the comfort of your own balcony making your holiday in St Ives truly unforgettable. This idyllic apartment is ideally situated to explore all that St Ives has to offer. Porthmeor and Porthgwidden beaches, and the picturesque Harbour, with its array of bars, restaurants, shops and galleries are all just a stroll away. The apartment comfortably sleeps 2 in a luxurious double bedroom, but can accommodate a third guest on the Laura Ashley sofa bed in the open plan living space. New for 2020! A well behaved dog is now welcome, and as 3a is conveniently situated just above the all year round dog friendly Bamaluz beach, it is the perfect location for dog owners. 3a has its own private entrance, up a flight of stairs to the double bedroom and bathroom, which contains a bath, overhead shower, washbasin and WC. The second flight of stairs lead to the open plan living space, kitchen/diner. Patio doors lead to a private balcony with possibly the most stunning sea view available in St Ives. The ever changing spectacular colours of the Atlantic Ocean provide a daily and constant delight, with the local wildlife a source of entertainment! The kitchen is compact but fully equipped and includes all utensils, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge, separate small freezer, washing machine and iron. With a dining table to seat 4 in the open plan space, this really is the hub of the apartment to then sit back and relax and maybe enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony after a day exploring. Gas central heating compliments the accommodation throughout. There are TVs in both the lounge and bedroom, offering Free View and an inbuilt DVD player. Wifi is available, along with a wide selection of DVD's, books and games for your enjoyment during your stay. Quality bed linen and towels are provided. Short breaks available. 3a Sea View Place is the perfect holiday retreat from where to explore all that beautiful St Ives has to offer.
