Pop into downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea for a plethora of dining options, galleries and boutique shops or hop onto Highway One for a scenic drive to Big Sur or north to Santa Cruz or the San Francisco Bay area. Just over one mile to the beach at the bottom of Ocean Avenue and only .6 Mile to Carmel Plaza or Devendorf Park for the weekly Farmer's Market.
This adorable bungalow has just undergone a face lift and you can be among the first to enjoy the new flooring, fresh paint, all new appliances in this partially furnished home. Long term rentals are desired. Located in the Carmel School District.
