The villa is located in a quiet part of the city of Zadar - the heart of Dalmatia, just a few steps from the sea coast. The villa covers an area of 390 m², with 5 apartments spread over three floors, suitable for a maximum of 14 people.
On the ground floor of the villa there are spaces ideal for socializing - common dining room, living room, summer kitchen, sauna with shower, also two toilets. There are 2 apartments on the first floor of the villa. One apartment has one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and the other has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each apartment is complete with a living room, kitchen and terrace.
On the second floor there are two more apartments, each with one bedroom, ensuite bathroom, living room and kitchen. All rooms have a terrace with a view of the sea, where you can enjoy intimate or joint relaxed moments in a spacious area with comfortable outdoor furniture.In the attic of the villa there is an apartment with 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom, and the other two with a single bed and a bathroom. The attic does not have a balcony exit.
In the completely fenced yard of the villa, there is a beautiful swimming pool with an interesting fish shape, size 45 m² and depth 1.5 m and a part of the pool for children with a depth of 40 cm, and an outdoor shower. There are also 5 deckchairs around the pool where you can relax in the summer sun. In the courtyard of the villa there is also an outdoor grill and a summer kitchen, from where you have unhindered and direct access to all the facilities on the ground floor. The outdoor grill is complemented by a large table for 12 people. In the basement there is also a Dalmatian tavern with a large table for 12 people.
There are 5 parking spaces available outside the courtyard of the villa. If you are a boating enthusiast and you come with your own boat, you also have a solid mooring for a boat up to 12 m long and 6 m wide, with a 1.5 m draft.
