• **no están permitidas reuniones** o fiestas dentro del departamento. Si necesitás un espacio para reunirte, el edificio cuenta con un área de coworking y sala de reuniones en el 9.º piso (requiere reserva).
• **mascotas:** no se aceptan en principio, pero podés consultarnos según el caso.
• Usá el **aire acondicionado de forma Responsable**: enfría/calienta rápido, no es necesario dejarlo encendido todo el día.
• Cuidá el mobiliario y el estado general del departamento. Cualquier daño, rotura o elemento faltante será responsabilidad del huésped.
