The Space
This well designed, Ocean Home is a 7 to 10 minute walk to the beach and has 6bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms and 2 half baths. The floor plan is perfect for multiple families, a golf group, or a bunch of friends that want to escape to the Island as there are 4 rooms all with king beds and en-suites, 1 room with 2 Queen beds with its own bath; and lastly a great bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunks and its own bathroom. The house is equipped with an elevator to take you from the garage to the 1st and 2nd floor!
The large outdoor living space has everything you need to enjoy long days by the pool, at the beach, or simply relaxing on the screened in porch! The outdoor living areas includes fenced in property, 40x 18 ft. private pool (heat available for additional charge), hot tub, fire pit, and a screened in porch with a flatscreen TV. You can load up the beach wagon, grab the beach chairs, fill your cooler and make the 10 minute walk to the best beach on the east coast.
Packing for your stay at 38 Firethorn is a breeze. The house has a fullly stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare a summer BBQ or a Thanksgiving feast. There are plenty of full size pool/beach towels for all your outdoor needs. House has a washer and dryer for your convenience.
There is plenty for the kids to do when they aren't at the pool or beach. The house has 2 great rooms with huge sectional couches, large flatscreen TV's, and plenty of space for the families to be together.
The main floor is designed for everybody to socialize together in an open floor plan. The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and a large dining table for gathering. The living room has a large sectional couch and a 65" flat screen TV above the fireplace. Dining table seats 16 people with the island holding another 5 people!
There is enough parking for 6 cars and you are less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. The property is conveniently located just minutes from Coligny circle for dining and shopping. The house can be accessed easily from Cordillo parkway to avoid the peak traffic around Coligny.
