Cape Coral offers a variety of bars and restaurants, which can be easily reached in a few minutes by car, as well as Cape Harbour or Tarpon Point Marina with various restaurants and wonderful views.
Ground floor: the ground floor comprises 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and access to the terrace (Riverview), a spacious and open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area, additional pantry, office and utility room.
From everywhere you have a great view of the outdoor area with pool, as well as the canal behind it.
Upper floor: 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and direct access to the balcony (Riverview) as well as a spacious gallery with a fridge and washbasin.

Parking facilities:
The two garages in front of the villa offer space for a total of 3 cars. Two further cars can be parked in the driveway.
A tax of 11.5% (5% tourist tax and 6.5% sales tax) must be added to the rental price and the final cleaning. These will be invoiced directly by the landlord 4 weeks before arrival together with the deposit and must be paid in advance.
The deposit will be refunded after departure of the guests (after handing over the villa in proper condition).
